Arrange a consultation
Tell us what brings you here, keep previous scans available and contact the clinic to arrange an appropriate appointment.

Before you call
A short description of your concern helps the clinic team arrange the right kind of visit. Let them know whether you are asking about your nose, jaw, chin, bite or an oral surgery problem. If you have had previous surgery, mention it when arranging the appointment.
Keep relevant radiographs, CT scans and medical reports together. You do not need to order additional scans yourself before your first consultation unless the clinic asks you to. A list of medicines, supplements and allergies is useful.
Three steps to arranging your visit
First, explain your main concern. Second, ask which records to bring. Third, agree on an appointment time and confirm the address. Please contact the clinic if your plans change or you need to rearrange your visit.
Travelling for treatment
Allow time for an in-person assessment before making fixed arrangements for surgery. The procedure, recovery period and follow-up schedule depend on the examination. Ask how long you should remain near the treating centre and whether you will need someone to accompany you.
Questions worth bringing
What is causing the problem? Which approaches are suitable, and what are their limitations? What would happen without treatment? How much time should I allow for recovery? What is included in the cost estimate and how will follow-up work?
When you need urgent help
An ordinary consultation booking is not a substitute for emergency care. Seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding or rapidly worsening swelling.
